Epoxol Floor is a two-component, solvent-free, self-leveling epoxy resin. It creates an aesthetic finish of the floor, protecting it against mechanical and chemical factors. The floor becomes easily washable and smooth. It is certified for contact with food, so it can be used in food production and processing plants, catering, breweries, etc.
White RAL9003 and gray RAL7040 are ready-made, standard colors at a lower price. The remaining colors are each dyed specifically to the customer's order, therefore we do not send this product on delivery. When summarizing the order, you can pay via PayU or traditional transfer. Concrete must be at least 14 days old. Neopox Primer AY - solvent-free primer (low odor) used when capillary rising of moisture from the ground occurs (lack of insulation or poorly made insulation under the floor).
Neodur Fast Track PR - fast-drying solvent-based polyurea primer.
It can be applied to dry, seasoned concrete (minimum 28 days). Epoxol Floor can be applied after 2 hours. Neodur Primer SF - quick-drying polyurea primer, solvent-free (low odor).

Super Binder RO3333 - application on tiles (pay attention to the depth of the joints - the maximum thickness of the Epoxol Floor layer in one application is 3mm). We recommend solvent-free primers especially in situations where there are other people in the building during work and the absence of the smell of solvent is important.
The product can be used in various proportions with fine quartz sand to obtain different properties. Epoxol Floor can also be used as a floor paint and applied with a roller.

After the primer dries, you can start applying the screed. Combine components A and B, mixing thoroughly and maintaining the proportions of the ingredients. Epoxol Floor must be thoroughly mixed using a low-speed electric mixer , taking care to mix the ingredients also at the walls and bottom of the packaging. When component A and B are thoroughly mixed, gradually add fine quartz sand , continuing to mix for 3-5 minutes. Mix until a uniform mixture is obtained. Then pour it onto the floor and spread it to the required thickness (1 to 3 mm) with a notched trowel . After spreading the screed, it should be deaerated with a spiked roller . Fill any gaps in the substrate with Epoxol Putty or Neodur FT Putty (repaintable after 2 hours). Neotex PU Joint polyurethane mass (apply the mass at the very end, on the screed, after it dries). The floor can be additionally surface protected with Neodur Varnish . Epoxol Floor is a two-component product (the price is for the set, i.e. the base with the hardener).
