Epoxol Putty epoxy putty is a two-component epoxy putty. It has various applications wherever resistance to thermal and mechanical shrinkage, corrosive environments and waterproofness is required. Recommended for strong bonding of metals, concrete, wood, ceramics, building materials, polyester, hard plastics e.g. PVC, etc. For bonding aluminum, copper, iron, other metals and their alloys, porcelain, pipes, as well as for repairing water tanks and to diluted chemicals. Also for repairs of cars, yachts, boats, fuel tanks and sewage pipes. Epoxol Putty can also be reinforced with glass fiber, carbon and aramid fibers (Kevlar). Application to electrical and electronic components (as a matrix or as a sealant).
By combining components A and B in the appropriate proportion, you can obtain a flexible or rigid version:
When using the product, it is very important to use separate spatulas for component A, separate ones for component B and separate ones for mixing the components together. You cannot allow the ingredients in the containers to get dirty because a reaction will start. When storing or transporting component A at temperatures lower than 10°C, it may partially harden. To reverse this process, heat the product to 40-50°C until it returns to its consistency. Both ingredients should be at room temperature before use.
