EPOXOL PRIMER SF-P solvent-free epoxy primer

Epoxol Primer SF-P is a two-component, solvent-free epoxy resin. It can be used both for priming concrete (and other mineral substrates) and for combining with quartz aggregate to create repair compounds or epoxy screeds.

Construction resin - application

• priming floors and walls that will be coated with epoxy, polyurea or polyurethane topcoats in rooms exposed to high mechanical and chemical loads.
• strengthening dusty concrete substrates and to increase the adhesion of epoxy putties to the substrate
• mixing with quartz sand to create a mass for filling gaps or leveling mass (epoxy screed)
• can be used on dry concrete, isolated from the ground, seasoned for at least 28 days (in the case of fresh or 2-week-old concrete, we recommend Neopox Primer WS ; in the case of capillary rise from the ground, we recommend Neopox Primer AY )

Use as a priming resin

Mix components A and B thoroughly in their containers, then combine in the appropriate proportions. Apply at a rate of 0.2-0.3 kg/m².

Use as a repair mass

The substrate must first be primed. Thoroughly mix components A and B in their containers, then combine them in the appropriate proportions. Then, while stirring constantly, slowly add quartz sand until a homogeneous mixture is achieved. The resin can be combined with sand in weight ratios ranging from 1:0.5 to 1:8, depending on the application. Detailed tables can be found in the product data sheet, which can be downloaded below. Once cured, the mixture can be sanded.

Examples of topcoats:

• Neopox SF Plus – a high-build, solvent-free epoxy resin. The coating thickness in two layers is 380 microns.
• Epoxol Floor – a self-leveling, solvent-free epoxy floor screed certified for food contact. Coating thicknesses range from 1 to 3mm in a single layer.
