Coordinator of the Logistics Department

Your scope of responsibilities:

• Planning, organizing and supervising the work of the Logistics Department, including a warehouse team of several people,
• Maintaining optimal inventory levels at headquarters and ensuring efficient supply to branches,
• Supervision of the process of picking, packing and releasing goods from the warehouse, taking into account timeliness, quality of order fulfillment and high standards of customer service,
• Organizing and controlling online customer service processes, including cooperation with courier companies and negotiating transport conditions,
• Supervision of warehouse management, inventory, handling of complaints related to deliveries, goods release and warehouse damage,
• Placing orders with suppliers and negotiating terms of cooperation, including prices and delivery times,
• Supervision over the proper circulation of warehouse and logistics documents and the compliance of actual states with the records,
• Ongoing cooperation with other company departments to ensure efficient information flow and coordination of activities,
• Monitoring logistics, transport and storage costs and implementing optimization measures,
• Preparing reports on the functioning of the Logistics Department,
• Organizing and conducting induction training for new employees.

Our requirements:

• Experience in working in a similar position in the Logistics Department,
• Experience in coordinating logistics processes and managing a logistics and warehouse team,
• Very good knowledge of logistics and warehousing processes,
• Very good organization of own work and the team,
• Ability to work under time pressure and make operational decisions,
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,
• Knowledge of English at least B2 level.
