Each professional zinc spray paint contains a high zinc content - at least 80% - therefore it provides effective anti-corrosion protection of steel surfaces. • short drying time - the surface can be touched just 10 minutes after application, so you can complete the planned work quickly and without delays,
• the aesthetics of the obtained coating - it is matte, and if you choose metallic spray zinc , you will get a slightly shimmering layer,
• ease of application – you can easily paint selected surfaces using a convenient spray form,
• thermal resistance - you will find products that create a coating that is resistant up to 450°C,
• good results in salt tests - up to 400 hours according to DIN 50021 SS.

Zinc spray – application

Salt tests are carried out in a closed salt chamber in which the zinc spray is exposed to an aggressive salt environment. This type of test allows you to assess the product's resistance to corrosion in highly demanding atmospheric conditions. The second test involves checking the resistance of zinc to various temperatures, both low and high, and allows you to assess how well the product protects the surface against corrosion in difficult thermal conditions. Test results are usually presented on product packaging, and choosing the right zinc spray is crucial if you want to obtain a strong and durable surface. Before purchasing zinc, you should carefully familiarize yourself with the environment in which the product will be used, which will allow you to select the appropriate spray.
