HARD HAT RO2169, RO2182 anti-corrosion sprays

RO2169, RO2182 in aerosol are quick-drying primers based on short-chain alkyd resin from soybean oil intended for application to clean or slightly rusty steel surfaces.

Spray primers for rust and metal

• Fast acting anti-corrosion primer,
• Application on bare or slightly corroded steel,
• Contains anti-corrosion pigments,
• For painting small surfaces or making corrections,
• Contains no lead or chromate,
• For use in light industrial conditions, indoors with normal humidity,
• Penetrates the corroded surface,
• For dark surfaces - red, for light surfaces - gray.

Rust primer spray

HARD HAT works well as a quick-drying primer for rust and metal. This lead-free anti-corrosion primer does not emit toxic fumes during subsequent welding of primed surfaces.

Rust spray primer

Remove dirt, grease, oil, loose rust, and all other contaminants from the coating using an appropriate method. Sand clean old coatings that are in good condition to improve surface adhesion. The surface should be clean and dry during application. For additional corrosion protection, you can use Neodur Metalforce on corroded areas. We recommend Emulsol RN-1 .
