Concrete paint 

This water-based paint is designed for both interior and exterior building elements. It is particularly recommended for concrete surfaces, such as lightly loaded floors, plasters, architectural structures (e.g., fences, balconies, terraces, pillars, spans), asbestos cement and ligno-cement panels, and other surfaces requiring high resistance to abrasion, moisture, and weathering.

Paint properties

• It provides a homogeneous, well-covering, waterproof, smooth, flexible coating with very good adhesion to most typical building substrates.
• In the case of reinforced concrete, it increases its durability by protecting the steel reinforcement from the harmful effects of corrosive components of atmospheric precipitation.
• The paint can also be used on: polymer plasters (e.g. acrylic), bricks, plaster, wood and wood-based materials, plasterboards.
• It protects building facades more effectively against moisture absorption and dirt accumulation than ordinary facade paints.
• It gives indoor surfaces an aesthetic and durable appearance, significantly reducing their soiling, allowing the dirty surface to be washed with a damp cloth, sponge or soft brush.
• Contains water-based acrylic dispersion, silicone emulsion, permanent pigments, mineral fillers and modifying agents.

Surface preparation and application

The surface to be painted should be thoroughly cleaned, loose paint, moss, and lichen removed, and dust and degreased. Old coats of adhesive and lime paints should be removed. Fresh concrete and cement-lime plaster should be painted no sooner than 4 weeks after application. Smooth surfaces should be sandpapered and dust removed. Fill any cracks and holes: indoors with acrylic putty (e.g., Biel-Putz ) or gypsum, outdoors with cement mortar. Prime the surface with Sil-Grunt , which will significantly increase durability and prevent peeling. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Do not paint hot or damp surfaces. Do not apply in strong sunlight or rain. This paint is ready to use; only if it thickens, add up to 5% tap water. Under no circumstances should chalk, lime or dry adhesive paints be added.

The exterior concrete paint is PZH certified, which means it can be used for painting exterior surfaces of buildings and interiors of residential, public, healthcare, storage and production premises, including the food industry (without direct contact with food).

• available colors: light gray, red oxide, brown (for 60 liters the color can be prepared on request according to the NCS or RAL systems; color quote on request),
• paint with a roller, brush or, after appropriate dilution, spray,
• use and store at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C and relative air humidity below 80%,
• drying time: initial - approx. 2 hours, total - approx. 24 hours,
• recommended number of layers: 2,
• applying the next layer: no earlier than after 2 hours, recommended number of layers: 2 (in special cases - 3),
• efficiency: 8-10 m2 ^/ l for one layer,
• washing tools and dilution: tap water,
