Concrete paint 

It is a water-soluble paint intended for painting building elements both indoors and outdoors. It is especially recommended for concrete surfaces, e.g. very lightly loaded floors, plasters, architectural structures (e.g. fences, balconies, terraces, pillars, spans), eternit and ligno-cement slabs and others requiring high resistance to abrasion, moisture and atmospheric factors .

Paint properties

• It provides a homogeneous, well-covering, waterproof, smooth, flexible coating with very good adhesion to most typical construction substrates.
• In the case of reinforced concrete, it increases its durability by protecting the steel reinforcement against the harmful effects of corrosive components of atmospheric precipitation.
• The paint can also be used on: polymer plasters (e.g. acrylic), bricks, plaster, wood and wood-based materials, plasterboards.
• It protects building facades against moisture absorption and dirt accumulation more effectively than ordinary facade paints.
• It gives indoor surfaces an aesthetic and durable appearance, significantly reducing their getting dirty, and enabling cleaning of contaminated surfaces with a damp cloth, sponge or soft brush.
• Contains aqueous acrylic dispersion, silicone emulsion, durable pigments, mineral fillers and modifying agents.

Surface preparation and application

The surface to be painted should be thoroughly cleaned, remove loose paint flakes, moss, lichen, dust and degrease. Old adhesive and lime paint coatings must be removed. Fresh concrete and cement-lime plaster should be painted no earlier than 4 weeks after application. Matte smooth surfaces with sandpaper and remove dust. Fill gaps and cracks: indoors with acrylic putty (e.g. Biel-Putz ) or plaster, outdoors with cement mortar. The substrate should be primed with the deeply penetrating Sil-Grunt , which will significantly increase durability and prevent the coating from peeling. Mix the paint thoroughly before using. Do not paint heated and damp surfaces. Do not use in strong sunlight and rain. It is a ready-to-use paint, only if it thickens, you can add up to 5% of tap water. Under no circumstances should chalk, lime or dry glue paints be added.

The paint for outdoor concrete has a PZH certificate, according to which it can be used for painting external surfaces of buildings and interiors of residential, public, health care, warehouse and production rooms, including in the food industry (without direct contact with food).
