GRUNDER acrylic wall primer

Grunder is an acrylic, water-based primer and penetrating agent designed for interior and exterior building surfaces exposed to the elements. Grunder acrylic wall primer is recommended for use under standard emulsion and acrylic paints, heavy vinyl and fiberglass wallpaper, and ceramic wall and floor tiles. It dries to a transparent finish. It can be applied to a variety of building materials, including:

• plaster
• concrete
• bricks
• gypsum
• wood and wood-based materials
• plasterboards

When applied correctly, it increases adhesion, uniforms the absorbency and cohesion of the substrate, while not hindering the "breathing" process. It is PZH-approved , allowing it to be used for priming plaster and concrete surfaces both indoors and outdoors: in residential, public, healthcare, warehouse, and production spaces, including the food industry (without direct contact with food).

Grunder acrylic wall primer - surface preparation and application:

The surface to be primed should be thoroughly cleaned, loose paint removed, and degreased. Fresh cement-lime plaster can be painted no sooner than 4 weeks after application. Smooth surfaces should be sandpapered. Fill any cracks and holes with acrylic putty, e.g., Biel-Putz . Larger ones should be filled with gypsum indoors and cement mortar outdoors. Depending on the absorbency of the substrate, use undiluted or diluted with water in a 1:1 ratio, i.e., 1 part primer to 1 part water. Stir the contents of the package thoroughly before painting. Avoid streaks and streaks on the walls. Do not add primer to the paint! If the substrate has small pores, we recommend Sil-Grunt, .

Universal acrylic primer - properties:

• apply with a roller, brush or spray,
• use and store at a temperature not lower than 5°C and not higher than 35°C,
• drying time: approx. 1-2 hours,
• recommended number of layers: 1, in special cases 2,
• efficiency: 10-12 m2 ^/ l per layer,
• density: approx. 1.0 g/cm³,
• pH value: 8.0-9.0,
• washing equipment and diluting - tap water,
• does not hinder the process of "breathing" of the walls,
• has the Hygienic Certificate of the National Institute of Hygiene,
• warranty 12 months from the date of production,
• packaging: 5 liters.
