Your daily tasks and duties will include:
- Introduction of purchase invoices into a commercial and warehouse program, their description and taking care of the correct circulation
- Monitoring and introduction to the payment program from customers
- Preparation of statements and reports on purchasing and sales
- Close cooperation with the HR department in the field of comprehensive administration and service of employee documentation
- Performing other administrative and accounting works on the command of the supervisor
Our requirements:
- Minimum secondary education, welcome students (preferably faculties such as administration/finance/accounting)
- Knowledge of MS Office (in particular MS Excel)
- Service of office equipment
- Reliability, accuracy, diligence and timeliness in the implementation of entrusted tasks and obligations
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Readiness to learn and motivation to develop your competences and skills
