Troken Floor PUR WB-C is a two-component, highly flexible, colored water-based polyurethane resin that forms a topcoat on a coating made of Troken Floor PUR SL 60 . Application Troken Floor PUR WB-C

Troken Floor PUR WB-C has been designed to be used almost anywhere, especially in spaces:

• Industrial: production halls, warehouses;
• Medical and laboratory: hospitals, laboratories, clinics.

The system allows for use on both porous and non-porous substrates, which makes it a universal choice for various types of surfaces. In the case of porous substrates, the use of a primer is recommended.

App:

• Substrate requirements: The substrate must be stable and have sufficient compressive strength (minimum 25 N/mm²), with a minimum peel strength of 1.5 N/mm². The surface should be clean, dry and free from any contaminants such as dirt, oil, grease, previous coatings and surface treatments that significantly reduce the adhesion of the resin coating.
• Substrate preparation: Troken Floor PUR WB-C is a dedicated topcoat for the flexible, resin polyurethane coating Troken Floor PUR SL 60 . The product should be applied within the appropriate technological time, depending on the application conditions described in the product's technical data sheet. After exceeding this time, it is recommended to lightly sand the surface to improve adhesion.
• Material preparation: While mixing component A, add component B and mix continuously for 2 minutes until a uniform mixture is obtained. It is necessary to leave the mixture for 10 minutes for initial reaction. To ensure thorough mixing and to prevent unmixed material from accumulating on the side and/or bottom, it is recommended to pour the material through a sieve into a clean second container and mix briefly again.
• Application: water-based Troken Floor PUR WB-C polyurethane resin is applied using a velor roller or a similar roller with short hair. It is recommended to apply two layers of the product with a consumption of 150-175 g/m² each. Applying amounts smaller than 150 g/m² may result in roller marks on the resin surface.
