Troken Floor PUR SL 60 is a two-component, odorless, aromatic polyurethane resin with self-leveling properties, designed for decorative and utility applications. This product has excellent self-venting properties, creating a smooth, flexible coating resistant to mechanical and chemical attack. It is ideal for use in recreational facilities, industrial and commercial spaces, as well as on flexible substrates such as wood, asphalt, and hollow core slabs.

Resin screed application instructions:

1. Substrate Preparation: Troken Floor EPS primer is recommended ). The substrate must be sound and have adequate compressive strength (minimum 25 N/mm²), with a minimum peel strength of 1.5 N/mm². The substrate must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, oil, grease, and other contaminants. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blasting equipment or a stripper to remove cement laitance and obtain an open surface.
2. Mixing: Add all of Part B to Part A and mix for 2 minutes at low speed (300-400 RPM) using a mechanical mixer, until a uniform mixture is achieved. It is then recommended to pour the mixture into a clean bucket and mix for another minute (300-400 RPM). This will prevent unmixed ingredients from settling on the sides and/or bottom of the bucket.
3. Application: After applying the primer and optional leveling coat, the surface must be sealed before applying the self-leveling coat. This is to prevent blisters and holes in the finish. The resin is poured onto the floor and then spread with a notched trowel, squeegee, or spiked roller.
4. UV protection: In places exposed to sunlight, Troken Floor PUR WB-C to prevent yellowing.
