Troken Floor PUR SL 60 is a two-component, odorless, aromatic polyurethane resin with self-leveling properties, intended for decorative and utility applications. This product has excellent self-venting properties, thanks to which it creates a smooth, flexible coating resistant to mechanical and chemical effects. It is ideal for places such as recreational facilities, industrial and commercial spaces, as well as on flexible surfaces such as wood, asphalt or hollow core slabs.

Gray colors RAL7035 and RAL7040 are ready-made, standard colors. The remaining colors are each time colored specifically to the customer's order, therefore we do not send this product on delivery. Resin screed application instructions:

1. Substrate preparation: Troken Floor EPS is recommended ). The substrate must be strong and have adequate compressive strength (minimum 25 N/mm²), with a minimum peel strength of 1.5 N/mm². The substrate must be clean, dry and free from dirt, oil, grease and other contaminants. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blasting equipment or a ripping machine to remove cement laitance and obtain an open-textured surface.
2. Mixing the ingredients: Add all of component B to component A and mix for 2 minutes at low speed (300-400RPM) using a mechanical mixer until a uniform mixture is obtained. It is then recommended to pour the mixture into a clean bucket and mix for another minute (300-400 RPM). This will prevent unmixed ingredients from remaining on the edges and/or bottom of the bucket.
3. Application: After applying the primer and optional leveling coat, the surface must be sealed before applying the self-leveling coat. This is to avoid bubbles and holes in the finishing layer. The resin is poured on the floor and then spread with a notched trowel, squeegee or spiked roller.
4. UV protection: In places exposed to the sun, apply Troken Floor PUR WB-C to prevent yellowing.
