Troken Floor EPS is a two-component, self-leveling epoxy screed designed for demanding industrial and commercial applications. It boasts excellent mechanical resistance and insulating properties. The product is solvent-free and ideal for use as a durable, abrasion-resistant floor covering, compatible with other flooring systems. Troken Floor EPS is a pigmented leveling compound, creating a smooth, aesthetically pleasing, and durable surface that will withstand intensive use.

Gray colors RAL7035 and RAL7040 are ready-made, standard colors. The remaining colors are each time colored specifically to the customer's order, therefore we do not send this product on delivery. Substrate Preparation:

The substrate must be sound and have adequate compressive strength (minimum 25 N/mm²), with a minimum peel strength of 1.5 N/mm². The surface to which the resin is to be applied must be clean, dry, and free of dirt, oil, grease, and other contaminants. Weak concrete and loose cementitious screed must be removed, and surface damage, such as holes, voids, and irregularities, must be repaired using products such as Neodur® FT Putty , Epoxol® Putty , Neodur® FCM , or other resin-based repair compound. The prepared surface, including concrete or screed, must then be primed with a selected primer from the TrokenTech portfolio, depending on the specific flooring. Before applying the product, completely remove all dust, loose, and friable material from all surfaces, preferably using a brush and/or an industrial vacuum cleaner.

Product Application:

To prepare the mixture, add all of component B to component A and mix continuously for 2 minutes until a uniform mixture is achieved. Then, pour the resulting mixture into a clean bucket and mix for another minute. This will prevent unmixed components from remaining on the edges and/or bottom of the bucket. To minimize air entrapment, do not overmix. Any air bubbles that form will not disappear during curing.
