In Trkentech, we place great emphasis on sharing our knowledge and experience with performers and all people interested in the subject of resins. We regularly organize training events, such as theoretical and practical courses, addressed to professionals dealing with resin floors and the application of waterproofing materials on roofs and terraces. Our trainings are adapted to both experienced specialists and people taking their first steps in the industry. The theoretical part allows participants to acquire the knowledge necessary to assess the situation on the construction site and select the appropriate system depending on the needs of the investor. The practical part gives the possibility of direct experience of working with resin - learning its properties, such as consistency, working time, application techniques and spillness, which is crucial in everyday work.

FAQ

1. Who are training for?

The trainings are addressed to contractors of resin floors and companies specializing in the applications of liquid waterproofing membranes on various types of roofs, min. on those covered with roofing papa or foam PUR. The training program is also dedicated to people who are just planning to start operating in the field of these services, offering them solid theoretical and practical foundations.

2. Do I have to be a company client to take part in the training?

Participation in the training does not require being the current Trokentech client. Our offer is open to everyone who wants to broaden their knowledge about resin systems and establish cooperation with a distributor, who perfectly understands the specifics of their services. 

3. How can I sign up for training?

To sign up for the training, select the appropriate event in the "Buy Training" tab and make a PLN 150 fee. In the absence of announced training, it is enough to complete the application form available in the "Training" tab on our website. The reported persons will be informed in advance about the upcoming training. The schedule of upcoming events is announced at least several weeks in advance. 

4. Are the training paid?

Training for contractors organized by TRkenTech is paid and the cost of participation is PLN 150 gross per person for one training day. In the case of participation in two trainings, the fee is charged for each of them separately. 

5. Where are the trainings?

All trainings for contractors organized by Trokentech take place in our departments located in various cities, including Wrocław, Gdańsk, Katowice, Warsaw and Poznań. 

6. Will I receive a certificate after completing the training? 

Each training participant receives a completion certificate, which is given at the end of the training day, both in the case of training in the field of waterproofing and floor systems. 

7. How long does one training last?

Each training day lasts 3 to 4 hours, depending on the involvement of the participants, both in theoretical and practical part. A coffee break is planned during each training. 

8. Can I save several employees from my company for the same training? 

Of course, you can save several employees for the same training, while from each person you need to pay a fee of PLN 80 net for training. When completing the form in the "Name and surname" field, you should write all participants after the decimal. 

9. What topics are raised during training?

The subject of training varies depending on whether it applies to flooring systems or waterproofing. In the case of flooring systems, special attention is paid to the preparation of concrete substrate for resins, the surface priming process and differences between individual types of resins. In turn, the training in the field of waterproofing focuses on the review of the most commonly used methods, their strengths and weaknesses, the benefits of using liquid waterproofing membranes, as well as on technical parameters and application process. All discussed issues are then practically practiced by training participants, which allows direct use of acquired knowledge. 

10. Do you offer training tailored to individual needs?

Yes, we offer the opportunity to organize trainings tailored to individual needs. If a specific implementation requires specialist training, just contact us. Our commercial representative, in cooperation with the technology department, will prepare a training program adapted to the specifics of the investment. We can also conduct training directly at the implementation site to maximally adapt our offer to the project requirements. 

11. Do you offer training organization at my company's headquarters?

Yes, we offer the opportunity to organize training at your company's headquarters. Just contact the representative of Trkentech, who will discuss the details and propose the best solution adapted to the needs of your company. 

12. How often are trainings organized? 

The trainings take place regularly in spring and autumn/winter, but it is also possible to organize training in summer after prior contact. We encourage you to sign up by our year -round form available in the "Training" tab. In case of great interest, we organize additional dates. To obtain information about the next trainings, we also invite you to directly contact Trokentech representatives who will gladly provide detailed information. 

13. What happens if I can't take part in the training I signed up for?

If the fee for participation in the training has been paid, the absence can be reported at the latest 3 days before the planned training date. Otherwise, the fee is not refundable. In the event that the fee has not been made, the lack of participation does not involve any consequences.
