Your responsibilities:

• sales of specialist construction chemicals, including: roof waterproofing, resin flooring, anti-corrosion products and paints,
• responsibility for the level of sales and customer satisfaction, both in the entrusted area and in the TrokenTech branch served,
• development of sales in the entrusted area (development of the customer portfolio and product range) – implementation of the assumed budget,
• presentations and training for key market decision-makers, such as housing cooperatives, construction companies, professional contractors and others,
• building and maintaining long-term and positive relationships with clients, mainly contractors,
• building a positive image of the company, services and products offered,
• market and competition analysis.

Our requirements:

• residential address in Warsaw or its vicinity (field work and work in a stationary branch),
• experience as a sales representative in the construction chemicals sector,
• knowledge of the market of resin flooring, damp proofing, seamless roofing membranes or heavy anti-corrosion contractors will be an additional advantage,
• documented success in investment sales to general contractors, contractors, investors and architects,
• ease in establishing and maintaining contacts with clients,
• the ability to build sales process plans and be consistent in their implementation,
• high personal culture,
• discipline, good work organization and time management, ability to plan independently,
• ambition, persistence, commitment,
• effectiveness in action, result orientation,
• knowledge of Microsoft Office, computer skills,
• category B driving license,
• Higher technical education is welcome.
