Technical and Commercial Advisor / Market Manager (Warsaw)

Your responsibilities:

• sales of systems and products from the company's product range, including liquid waterproofing, flooring and balcony systems, anti-corrosion and swimming pool solutions,
• conducting consultative sales based on needs analysis and tailoring solutions for customers,
• managing the sales process from customer acquisition to order completion and after-sales service (including issuing sales documents),
• acquiring contractors and supporting them in the tender process for public institutions, housing cooperatives and housing communities,
• responsibility for the level of sales and customer satisfaction, both in the entrusted area and in the TrokenTech branch,
  support for the branch in stationary work - customer service, issuing goods as needed

Our requirements:

• residential address in Warsaw or its vicinity (field work and work in a stationary branch),
• experience as a sales representative in the construction chemicals sector,
• knowledge of the market of resin flooring, damp proofing, seamless roofing membranes or heavy anti-corrosion contractors will be an additional advantage,
• experience in acquiring new business, prospecting,
• ability to work on short and medium sales processes,
• the ability to sell products that are not very recognizable on the market,
• category B driving license and willingness to work in the field.
