Your responsibilities:
- responsibility for the level of sales and customer satisfaction, both in the entrusted area and in the serviced TrokenTech branch
- sales development in the entrusted area (development of customer portfolio and assortment)
- implementation of the assumed sales budget
- technical advice and after-sales service
- presentations and training for key market decision-makers, such as: housing cooperatives, construction companies, professional contractors and others
- building a positive image of the company, services and products offered
- market and competition analysis
- coordination of promotional activities
- building and maintaining long-term and positive relationships with clients, mainly contractors
- attention to the cost effectiveness of the position
Our requirements:
- residential address in Katowice (work in the field and in a stationary branch)
- higher technical education preferred
- experience as a sales representative in the construction chemicals sector
- an additional advantage will be knowledge of the market for contractors of resin floors, moisture-proof insulation, seamless roofing membranes or heavy corrosion protection
- proven success in investment sales to general contractors, contractors, investors and architects
- ease of establishing and maintaining contacts with clients
- ability to build sales process plans and consistency in their implementation
- good manners
- discipline, good work organization and time management, ability to plan independently
- ambition, persistence, commitment
- effectiveness in action, result orientation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, computer skills
- category B driving license
