As a technical and commercial advisor, you will be responsible for the sale of specialized construction chemicals, including: roof waterproofing, resin floors and anti-corrosive products.

Your tasks will include:

• servicing the company's current clients, both those coming to the office, telephone and e-mail
• development and presentation of the offer, sales and technical consulting for customers
• maintaining good relationships with customers and actively acquiring customers from the market (not included in our database)
• negotiations and finalization of sales contracts, supervision of the implementation of contracts
• customer relationship management to maintain long-term cooperation
• achieving set sales goals
• Working at the Trokentech branch in Poznań, you will also be responsible for taking care of the appropriate appearance of the exhibition, acceptance of deliveries and preparing shipping goods to customers, as well as the preparation and coloring of paints ordered by buyers

Our requirements:

• We are looking for candidates with documented commercial experience - experience in trading in construction materials and sales
• construction chemicals, including for B2B clients (knowledge of the surface waterproofing or resin flooring industry is welcome)
• We are looking for people who can easily establish direct and telephone contact with clients
• we want people with at least secondary education (university technical education preferred)
• Our employees should have readiness and openness to work in a team, commitment, regularity, good organization of working time, creativity and willingness to support in a group problem solving - we are looking for employees who are independent, responsible and consistent
• We are looking for passionate people to join our team, open to new challenges, who do not like routine and willing to explore new technical solutions.
