1. Payment methods
The customer can choose one of the following payment methods:
- by credit card or bank transfer - settlements of credit card and e-transfer transactions are carried out via the PayU website

2. Transport cost
Depending on the weight and type of goods and the form of payment, transport costs will be added to the order, in accordance with the table below.

3. Delivery methods and time
Delivery methods and time in Poland:
- courier company, estimated delivery time is ~2 business days from order confirmation. In exceptional cases, delivery time may be extended to 7 business days (e.g. due to delays on the part of the courier company)
- personal pickup (after prior arrangement with the Store staff)
If you wish to place an order from outside Poland, please contact the Store and provide the country and postal code to which delivery is to be made. On this basis, the transport price is determined individually.
The deadlines given above are those declared by the courier company. The store is not responsible for delays in delivery of goods caused by the shipping company.
4. Order processing time
The order processing time (the time in which the Store completes the order and sends it for shipment using the form of delivery chosen by the Customer) is approximately 2 business days, however, in exceptional cases (e.g. the need to bring the goods from the manufacturer's warehouse or a delay on the part of the courier company), it may be extended, of which the Customer will be informed by the Store staff.
