1. Payment methods
The customer can choose one of the following payment methods:
- by credit card or bank transfer – settlements of transactions by credit card and e-transfer are carried out via the PayU service

2. Transportation costs
Depending on the weight and type of goods and the payment method, shipping costs will be added to your order, according to the table below.

3. Delivery methods and times
Delivery methods and times in Poland:
- Courier company, estimated delivery time is ~2 business days from order confirmation. In exceptional cases, delivery time may be extended to 7 business days (e.g., due to delays on the courier's part)
- personal collection (after prior arrangement with the Store staff)
If you wish to place an order from outside Poland, please contact the Store and provide the country and postal code to which delivery is to be made. Shipping costs are determined individually based on this information.
The deadlines listed above are those declared by the courier company. The store is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company.
4. Order processing time
The order processing time (the time it takes the Store to complete the order and send it for shipment via the delivery method chosen by the Customer) is approximately 2 business days, however, in exceptional cases (e.g. the need to bring the goods from the manufacturer's warehouse or delays on the part of the courier company), it may be extended, of which the Customer will be informed by the Store staff.
