Neoproof Polyurea C1 is a modern, proven polyurea-based waterproofing membrane. It can be applied by roller, brush, or spray – with polyurethane foam, no primer is required; just one coat is sufficient. This coating creates a durable, moisture-impermeable waterproofing layer. It is fully resistant to UV radiation and mechanical damage. Another advantage is its quick drying; thanks to its special formula, rain can fall on the roof within just two hours of application!
Neoproof PU W-40 is our polyurethane membrane that protects PUR foam from moisture and sunlight. It is characterized by high mechanical strength. It is easy to apply, and can be applied by spray, roller, or paintbrush. Before application, the substrate should be primed with Revinex . This water-based product is completely environmentally friendly.
The final product in this category is Neoroof , a hybrid membrane for sealing roofs, including those insulated with PUR foam. The coating provides complete sealing and water protection. The white color boasts exceptional solar reflectivity – it reflects up to 88% of sunlight, reducing roof temperatures by 40%. The water-based product is CE marked. As with the Neoproof PU W-40 membrane, Revinex primer should be applied to the foam-covered surface before application. Neoroof hardens under UV radiation, making the membrane resistant to dirt after two days of sun exposure, allowing you to enjoy the fresh color of your roof coating for longer.

Neoroof liquid membrane has a European Technical Assessment (ETA 24/1246) and is classified in the highest durability class W3 (according to EAD 030350-00-0402), which confirms its expected service life of up to 25 years in a reinforced system (1.2 mm) .

Drying time depends on the chosen solution and application conditions. We can choose between water-based and solvent-based products. Solvent-based products dry faster because the solvent is much more volatile than water and therefore evaporates faster. Recoating time depends on the ambient temperature. For water-based products, it takes 24-36 hours, and for solvent-based products, 10-24 hours. Two-component, chemically cured coatings based on polyurea resins also resist rain much more quickly. For example, Neoproof Polyurea C1 can be exposed to rain after just 2 hours.
To paint closed-cell PUR foam, use products designed for roof applications. These are liquid membranes characterized by high flexibility, resistance to water, UV radiation, and changing weather conditions. You can choose between solvent-based and water-based products. Neoproof Polyurea C1 is a solvent-based liquid polyurea membrane. It can be applied directly to closed-cell PUR foam without primer. An additional advantage of this product is that it can be applied in a single, thick layer (consumption 0.75 kg/m²), which significantly saves time. Neoroof and Neoproof PU W-40 are single-component water-based membranes. Before application, the substrate must be primed with the Revinex . Then, apply two coats of the product.
