HARD HAT RO2116 metallic spray, stainless steel

HARD HAT RO2116 metallic spray, stainless steel

RO2116 metallic spray stainless steel is a perfect combination of appearance with chemical and mechanical protection.

Metallic spray for use on metal

  • Sparkling, metallic appearance of stainless steel,
  • Resistance to mechanical damage,
  • Quick-drying (15 minutes to touch),
  • For use on metal,
  • Resistant to temperatures of 100°C,
  • Does not turn yellow - resistant to UV radiation,
  • Resistance to acids, chemicals and alkalis,
  • Designed for minor maintenance work,
  • Full chemical and mechanical hardening after just 3 days.

HARD HAT RO2116 metallic spray

It does not contain lead or chromates - it is based on alkyd soybean oil. It is suitable as a topcoat in light industry in an environment with normal humidity.

Metallic spray stainless steel

  • Emulsol RN-1 metal surface degreaser . During application, the surface should be dry and clean,
  • Can be applied to new, clean steel, sandblasted steel or galvanized steel,
  • Anti-corrosion primers RO2169, RO2182 should first be applied to steel covered with rust.
