VINYFIX PRIMER plaster strengthening primer
Vinyfix Primer plaster strengthening primer is a colorless product for sealing and stabilizing the substrate by impregnation. For new and old surfaces such as mortars, plasters, concrete, plaster. Also as a primer for non-ferrous metals and galvanized steel. For indoor and outdoor use.
Vinyfix Primer plaster strengthening primer - properties
- The preparation for strengthening the plaster is easy to apply, penetrates the substrate deeply, dries quickly and strengthens the substrate,
- Extremely effective on old plasters - binds the remains of old paint, creating an ideal base for new coatings,
- Resistant to alkaline reaction of construction substrates,
- It can be used before applying water-soluble wall or facade paints, e.g. Silicone Paint,
- Stabilizes old plasters and limits their dusting and chipping,
- It can also be used as a primer for zinc and aluminum, so there is no need to purchase a separate primer to repaint these surfaces (e.g. external window sills, gutters, sheet metal flashings, also coated and painted).
Wear
- On mineral substrates (plasters, plaster, bricks, etc.) - 0.13 - 0.17 kg/m 2 - apply without dilution. In the case of very absorbent/unstable substrates, apply two layers.
- On metal substrates (galvanized, aluminum) - 0.06 - 0.08 kg/m 2 - dilute 10% with Neotex 1080 .
