TELKYD S 200 alkyd primer enamel
Telkyd S 200 is a one-component alkyd primer. Contains anti-corrosion pigments, does not require a separate primer. The product is also available in a quick-drying version - Telkyd S 200 TM .
Telkyd S 200 - available packaging, colors
TELKYD S 200 is available in a semi -matt version (op. 10 kg). Sample prices and colors to choose from are visible on the website. If you need a different color according to the Ral palette, contact us at biuro@trokentech.pl , we will value it for you. Check the illustrative RAL color template . RAL9006 and RAL9007 are metallic colors (light and dark aluminum). The color is always colored specifically at the customer's order, so we do not send this product on delivery. When summarizing the order, it is possible to pay via PayU or by traditional transfer.

Outdoor and indoor areas with moderate corrosion (laundries, basements, industrial areas, workshops), transport containers, metal and steel structures, fences, garages and metal gates, small metal objects.

Substrate preparation
- for C2 and C3 corrosive environments, the substrate must be blast cleaned to Sa 2 ½
- for a C1 corrosive environment, the substrate must be clean, dry and free from grease and rust, mechanically cleaned to St 2 - St 3.
- on previously painted surfaces, remove old coatings, clean and degrease (e.g. with an aqueous solution of Emulsol RN-1 ).
- Neodur Metalforce rust remover 24 hours before painting .
Painting
- Apply 2-3 times by spraying or brushing so that the final coating thickness is not less than 80 μm. If necessary, apply additional layers after 24 hours of drying the previous layer or the so-called wet-on-wet system (after 30 minutes, but no later than 2 hours).
We recommend using a systemic thinner .
