LOWIKOR-2 polyvinyl anti-corrosion primer

Lowikor-2 is a polyvinyl, single-component, air-drying anti-rust primer. It contains active anti-corrosion pigments.

Lowikor-2 polyvinyl anti-corrosion primer

• Anti-corrosion primer, polyvinyl, single-component,
• Creates covering, smooth coatings with good adhesion to the substrate,
• The paint coating, due to the content of active anti-corrosion pigments, protects iron alloys against corrosion by having a passivating effect on them,
• Quick drying,
• It has the PZH certificate - a product intended for anti-corrosion painting of industrial and construction steel, cast iron and aluminum structures, excluding internal surfaces in construction and the food and pharmaceutical industries,
• At the customer's request, the paint can be made in a version adapted for electrostatic spray painting.

Lowikor-2 - application

• For priming steel, cast iron and aluminum in the anti-corrosion protection of objects made of these materials, e.g. machines, devices, structures in general and industrial construction, poles, street lamps, barriers, fences, storage tanks, etc.,
• As temporary protection of a steel structure during its transport and assembly and for ongoing anti-corrosion protection of sandblasted surfaces in field conditions.
• It can be used in industrial, coastal, urban and rural environments – outdoors and indoors in dry and humid atmospheres.

Lowikor-2 - substrate preparation

• Surfaces to be painted should be dry, cleaned with Emulsol and free from other contaminants. After washing, rinse the surface with clean water.
• Top-Kor rust remover , which has a triple action: rust remover (processes and binds rust), barrier (creates a barrier for oxygen and moisture, thus protecting against future rusting) and penetrating (penetrates and protects hard-to-reach places).
