TrokenTech Sp. z o. o. newsletter regulations.
1.1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the rules of operation of the newsletter (hereinafter referred to as the "Newsletter") run by TrokenTech sp. z o. o. with KRS number 0000342475 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), in accordance with applicable provisions of Polish law and Directive (EU) 2019/2161 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directives 98/6/EC, 2005/29/EC and 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the better enforcement and modernisation of Union consumer protection rules ( Official Journal of the European Union of 18 December 2019, L 328/7 ), the so-called Omnibus Directive.

3. Terms of use of the Newsletter
a. the Customer providing the Organizer with his/her electronic mail address (e-mail address) in the Newsletter window available on the trokentech.pl portal
3.2 The provision of the Newsletter service commences after the conditions specified in section 3.1 above are met, upon confirmation by the Customer by clicking, in accordance with section 3.1 letters c and d of these Regulations, on the activation link sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer, referred to in section 3.1 letters a and b of these Regulations.
3.3 The Newsletter service is voluntary, free of charge, and unlimited in time. Users may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time without providing a reason and at no cost. Unsubscription is possible in particular by clicking the deactivation link included in every email sent to the User as part of the Newsletter service. Users may also unsubscribe from the Newsletter via email at biuro@trokentech.pl.
4. Personal data protection
4.1 The administrator of the User's personal data is the Organizer, i.e. TrokenTech sp. z o. o. with its registered office at ul. Bardzka 60, 50-517 Wrocław (KRS number 0000342475 ).
4.2. The Controller allows contact by telephone: (+48) 717 026 346, e-mail: biuro@trokentech.pl, by post: ul. Bardzka 60, 50-517 Wrocław, or directly at its registered office at ul. Bardzka 60, 50-517 Wrocław.
4.3.The processing of Participants' personal data is carried out in accordance with
· with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data
· with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
4.4.The User's personal data, in the form of an e-mail address, are processed for the purpose of concluding and performing an agreement for the provision of digital content in the form of a Newsletter, indicated in point 3 of these Regulations as the "Newsletter Service Agreement", pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
4.5.The User's personal data are also processed for the purpose of operating the Newsletter, including the analysis of statistics related to the messages sent.
4.6.After the Newsletter Agreement terminates, the User's personal data will be stored in the Controller's database for archival purposes, in order to potentially defend, establish, or pursue claims related to this Agreement, which constitutes a legitimate interest pursued by the Controller, referred to in Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR. This data will be deleted after the limitation period for claims related to the Newsletter Agreement expires or the period by which the Controller may be subject to legal inspections of its Newsletter-related activities.
4.7.The User may at any time unsubscribe from receiving the Newsletter in accordance with point 3.3 of these Regulations.
4.8.The User's personal data will not be subject to profiling and will not be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area.
4.9.The user has the following rights:
· the right to access personal data
· the right to rectify your personal data
· the right to request the deletion of personal data
· the right to restrict the processing of personal data
· the right to transfer personal data
· the right to object to the further processing of personal data
· the right not to be subject to fully automated personal data processing operations
