Regulations of the newsletter of TrokenTech Sp. z o. o
1.1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") define the principles of operation of the newsletter (hereinafter referred to as the "Newsletter") run by TrokenTech sp. z o. o. with KRS number 0000342475 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer"), in accordance with the applicable provisions of Polish law and the Directives of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2019/2161 of 27 November 2019 amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directives 98/6/EC, 2005/29/EC and 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards better enforcement and modernization of EU consumer protection rules ( Official Journal of the European Union of 18 December 2019, L 328/7 ), the so-called Omnibus Directive.

3.Terms of use of the Newsletter
a. the Customer provides the Organizer with his e-mail address (e-mail address) in the Newsletter window available on the trokentech.pl website
3.2 The provision of the Newsletter service begins after the conditions specified in section. 3.1 above, upon confirmation by the Customer by clicking, in accordance with point 3.1 lit. c and d of these Regulations, in the activation link sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer, referred to in point 3.1 lit. a and b of these Regulations.
3.3 The Newsletter service is voluntary, free of charge and unlimited in time, and the User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter service at any time without giving a reason and without incurring any costs. Resignation is possible, in particular, by clicking on the deactivation link contained in each e-mail sent to the User as part of the Newsletter service. The User may also unsubscribe from the Newsletter via e-mail by writing to the following e-mail address: biuro@trokentech.pl.
4. Personal data protection
4.1 The administrator of the User's personal data is the Organizer, i.e. TrokenTech sp. z o. o. with its registered office at ul. Bardzka 60, 50-517 Wrocław (KRS no 0000342475 ).
4.2. The administrator allows contact by phone: (+48) 717 026 346, e-mail: biuro@trokentech.pl, by post: ul. Bardzka 60, 50-517 Wrocław, or directly at your headquarters at ul. Bardzka 60, 50-517 Wrocław.
4.3.The processing of Participants' personal data takes place in accordance with
· with the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data
· with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation ), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
4.4.The User's personal data, in the form of an e-mail address, are processed in order to conclude and perform the contract for the delivery of digital content in the form of a Newsletter, indicated in point 3 of these Regulations as the "Newsletter Service Agreement", based on Article. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR.
4.5.The User's personal data are also processed for the purpose of servicing the Newsletter, including analyzing statistics related to the messages sent.
4.6.After the expiry of the Newsletter Service Agreement, the User's personal data will be stored in the Administrator's database for archival purposes, in order to possibly defend, establish or pursue claims related to this Agreement, which is a legally justified interest pursued by the Administrator referred to in Art. 6 section 1 letter f GDPR. This data will be deleted after the expiry of the limitation period for claims related to the Newsletter Service Agreement or the expiry of the deadline by which the Administrator may be subjected to control of activities related to the Newsletter as provided for by law.
4.7.The User may unsubscribe from receiving the Newsletter at any time in accordance with point 3.3 of these Regulations.
4.8.The User's personal data will not be subject to profiling or transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area.
4.9.The user has the following rights

· the right to object to further processing of personal data
· the right not to be subject to fully automated personal data processing operations
