NEODUR VARNISH In polyurethane varnish
Neodur Varnish W is a two-component, water-based polyurethane varnish. It provides excellent protection for microcement, brick, concrete, and resin floors. Its water-based formula is solvent-free and easy to apply. The product is based on aliphatic resins, making it UV-resistant and non-yellowing for many years. It boasts high chemical and mechanical resistance and can be easily cleaned with floor cleaners. It protects floors against discoloration and stains.
Neodur Varnish W is available in three finishes: Matte, Satine and Gloss.
Substrate preparation:
- Microcement, concrete, bricks, sandstone, other mineral substrates - use Neodur Varnish PR , diluted with 20% water
- Flooring resins - when used as a topcoat, they can be applied directly after matting the resin.
Features:
- Abrasion resistance.
- Long-lasting resistance to weather conditions and UV radiation.
- Resistant to fresh water, sea water, alkalis, chemical cleaning agents.
- Perfect floor protection against scratches and discoloration.
- Impact resistant.
Neodur Varnish W is a two-component varnish (the price is for the set, i.e. the base and the hardener).
In the case of application on outdoor concrete floors, it is required to first protect the substrate with a glossy coating, e.g. Neodur Varnish gloss or Neodur Special, and then apply Neodur Varnish W in two layers.
Neodur Varnish W Satine is a product suitable for the food industry - adapted to the general migration limits for all types of food, in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food.
