NEODUR POLYUREA M fast polyurea resin for cavities

Neodur Polyurea M is a transparent, aliphatic polyurea resin for creating putty and filling gaps in concrete and marble substrates. High mechanical and UV resistance, does not turn yellow when exposed to sunlight. Putty can be created by adding 2-3 parts by weight of quartz sand , quartz dust or marble dust.

Neodur Polyurea M - properties:

• for filling gaps in concrete floors before covering them with epoxy, polyurethane or polyurea systems
• very high resistance to UV radiation, does not turn yellow even after many years

Neodur Polyurea M - instructions for use:

Surface preparation: clean from dust, loose particles, oils and fats.
The substrate must be dry (humidity <4%), stable and protected against moisture. Priming: in case of application on concrete, prime the cleaned substrate with Neodur Polyurea M diluted with 60% Neotex PU 0413 . Theoretical consumption will be approximately 0.1-0.12 kg/m ² .
When applying to marble, priming is not required. The putty can be applied 1-2 hours after applying the primer. Application: after combining components A and B in appropriate proportions, add aggregate ( fine quartz sand , quartz dust or marble dust) to the mixture - 1 part of resin: 2-2.5 parts of aggregate (by weight). Mix the resin in small portions due to the short shelf life of the mixture. Mix until a uniform mass is obtained. Apply to the substrate, spreading with a spatula and thoroughly filling any gaps.
