TrokenTech Sp. z o. o. is looking for an employee for the position of Logistics Specialist.
Since 2012, we have been providing advice and selling modern solutions for construction: including flooring resins, waterproofing roof membranes and other specialized paint coatings (anti-corrosion, fire-retardant, for the food industry and health care). Our assortment is based only on high-quality products.
We are currently looking for an employee for our office in Wrocław as a logistics specialist. We prefer candidates with experience, but we are open to people undergoing logistics studies who want to gain many years of experience in our company.
Working with us is dynamic and very developmental. We operate efficiently and quickly, focusing on a positive atmosphere and the highest standards of customer service. We are looking for an energetic person to join our team, with a focus on continuous development and achieving goals, for whom multitasking and the ability to work under time pressure is something natural.

What will your job involve:
- entering data into courier companies' systems
- completing shipping documents
- monitoring shipments and contacting courier companies
- picking finished products and checking stock levels
- organizing warehouse documents
- preparing internal reports
- organization of department work during the manager's absence
- cooperation with the warehouse and other departments
- occasional contact with the client
Our expectations:
- min. 2 years of experience in the logistics department or relevant education
- ability to organize work time
- ability to work under time pressure
- showing initiative
- communication skills
- good manners
- ability to deal with problems
- ability to work in a team and work towards a common goal
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs (mainly Excel)
- knowledge of English and UDT qualifications will be an additional advantage
