LATEX OPTIMUM latex paint for walls and ceilings

Latex Optimum is a water-based latex paint designed for painting walls and ceilings of rooms that are particularly exposed to dirt and therefore often require cleaning, e.g. public utility buildings: healthcare facilities, catering facilities, hotel halls, offices, libraries, schools, corridors and stairwells, but also surfaces exposed to frequent contact with moisture: bathrooms, walls around swimming pools, kitchens.

Colors are always dyed to order, so we do not ship cash on delivery. Only white is available for cash on delivery. If you wish to order other colors, please pay by bank transfer or PayU.

Latex Optimum latex paint - properties:

It creates a waterproof, flexible, smooth, highly opaque, snow-white coating with excellent coverage and high durability on a variety of building materials, including plaster, concrete, brick, wood and wood-based materials, plasterboard, paper, and fiberglass wallpaper. It gives interior surfaces an aesthetically pleasing and durable appearance while reducing soiling. Dirty surfaces can be cleaned with water and mild detergents using a cloth or soft brush. The paint is certified by the National Institute of Public Health (NIZP-PZH).

Latex Optimum - surface preparation and application:

The surface to be painted should be thoroughly cleaned, loose paint flakes removed, and degreased. Old coats of adhesive and lime paints should be removed. Fresh cement-lime plaster can be painted no sooner than 3-4 weeks after application. Smooth surfaces should be sandpapered. Fill any cracks and holes with acrylic putty (e.g., Biel-Putz ) or gypsum. Fresh plaster, inconsistent, or absorbent substrates should be primed with acrylic primer Grunder or the deep-penetrating Sil-Grunt , which will significantly increase the durability of the paint. Stir the paint thoroughly before use. Latex Optimum is ready-to-use, but if it thickens, up to 5% water can be added. Do not add chalk, lime, or other materials. Clean paint-stained surfaces and tools before drying.
