Junior Sales Support Specialist (Warsaw)

Your responsibilities:

• Customer service via email, telephone and directly at the sales office,
• Preparation of commercial offers – selection of appropriate products and their quantities in consultation with technical and commercial advisors (at the initial stage under the supervision of a supervisor),
• Issuing sales documents and providing fiscal services to sales office clients,
• Issuing warehouse documents (WZ, goods receipt and issue) and operating the handy warehouse (including maintaining the appearance of displays, stock levels, issuing goods to customers, receiving and unloading deliveries),
• Ensuring proper document circulation in the sales office (including: entering purchase invoices into the sales and warehouse program, monitoring and entering customer payments into the system),
• Building and updating customer databases in cooperation with technical and sales advisors,
• Telephone appointments with clients for Market Managers responsible for the sales region.

Our requirements:

• Communicativeness and openness to contact with people,
• Willingness to develop and acquire knowledge in the field of offered products and technologies,
• Commitment to the tasks and responsibilities performed,
• Good work organization and independence in action,
• Knowledge of computer use and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Welcome:

• Experience working in a sales or customer service department, especially in the construction industry,
• Knowledge of ERP systems or sales and warehouse management programs.
