What will you do?

·        Professional, proactive support of the Management Board in its activities,
·        Organizing meetings, business trips and other company events,
·        Organization and assistant support of business meetings,
·        Supervision of the proper circulation of documents, correspondence and information,
·        Ordering office supplies,
·        Support for the accounting and analysis department in the following areas: segregation of documents, creation of presentations and data analysis,
·        Taking care of the proper image of the company. 

What do we expect?

·        higher education,
·        Experience in simultaneous coordination of many tasks (working under time pressure),
·        High personal culture, communication skills and commitment,
·        Independence, decision-making ability,
·        Meticulousness and attention to detail in everyday tasks,
·        Knowledge of English, min. Communicative in speech and writing,
·        Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 package - in particular MS Excel, MS Power Point.
