GALVA EXPRESSE RO2180 quick-drying zinc spray
Galva Expresse RO2180 is a quick-drying spray with a high zinc content, based on styrene-acrylic resin. The product contains pure zinc as a pigment and provides excellent protection against corrosion.
Quick-drying zinc spray Galva Expresse RO2180
- matte gray finish
- touch dry after 10 minutes, ready for use after 30 minutes, recoatable within 1 hour (at 20°C)
- for use on black or galvanized steel, no corrosion
- the coating withstands 400 hours of salt testing (according to DIN 50021 SS standard)
- thermal resistance up to 350°C
- ideal for manufacturing and repair work, e.g. on construction sites
Galva Expresse RO2180 quick-drying zinc primer should be used on new, clean steel or galvanized steel. Intended for use on small surfaces, filling gaps in the zinc coating, and for finishing works. It can be repainted with coatings that do not saponify. Use as a primer or finish in slightly corrosive industrial environments.
