Trakentech organizes conferences addressed to real estate managers and representatives of housing cooperatives. During these meetings, we discuss modern methods of renovating key areas in managed buildings, such as roofs, staircases, balconies and underground parking lots. The presented knowledge, based on the latest technological solutions, allows participants to find effective and economical ways to improve the technical condition of the property. Trkentech conferences. The most frequently asked questions.

1. Who can take part in the conference? 

Representatives of housing cooperatives, housing associations and real estate managers can participate in the conference organized by Trokentech. Each entity can report two participants for one event. 

2. How can I register for a conference? 

Registration for the conference is carried out using the application form, which we send by e -mail to entities located in the area where the event is to take place. In addition, interested persons can send a notification or ask for details about the nearest conference by contacting us at the e-mail address: training@trokentech.pl .

3. Is participation in the conference free?

Participation in conferences for real estate managers, housing cooperatives and communities is completely free. 

4. Where are conferences - do you organize them in different cities?

Conferences organized by Trkentech take place in various Polish cities and are announced at least a month in advance. These events are organized in central parts of cities, in hotels, which ensures easy access and convenient access to the meeting place for all participants.

5. Is the conference one -day or several days?

Conferences organized by Trkentech are one -day nature and usually last up to 4 hours. During the event, there are coffee breaks between the theme blocks, which allow a moment of rest and are conducive to establishing contacts between participants.

6. What does the conference program look like?

The conference consists of two thematic blocks: the first focuses on the waterproofing of roofs, balconies and terraces, and the second on floor and wall systems. As part of both blocks, the most common challenges and proposed solutions related to each of these areas are discussed.

7. Is the number of places limited? 

Yes, the number of places at conferences is limited and the order of applications decides. That is why we recommend enrolling quickly to ensure a place at the event.

8. Can I save more than one person from my cooperative/company?

We allow a maximum of two people from one cooperative or company at conferences organized by Trkentech.

9. Are conference materials and participation certificates planned?

Each conference participant receives a personal certificate confirming participation in the event, as well as thematic materials. These packages are transferred to participants for free.

10. Will it be possible to consult commercial advisers during the conference?

During the event, our trade advisors are available, ready to provide professional advice and answer all questions. We encourage you to exchange business cards and arrange meetings such as local visions to discuss the details of potential renovation projects.

11. Do you provide refreshments or catering during the event?

During the coffee break, which takes place between two theme blocks, participants have the opportunity not only to establish new contacts, but also relax with refreshments. You can choose both salty and sweet snacks, as well as drinks: coffee, tea, water and juices.

12. What if I can't participate in the conference, despite earlier registration?

Participation in the conference is completely free, and resignation from participation is not associated with any consequences. However, please inform us in advance about your resignation so that we can offer a place to people on the reserve list.
