TrokenTech organizes conferences for property managers and representatives of housing cooperatives. During these meetings, we discuss modern methods for renovating key areas of managed buildings, such as roofs, stairwells, balconies, and underground parking lots. 1. Who can participate in the Conference? 

The conference, organized by TrokenTech, is open to representatives of housing cooperatives, housing communities, and property managers. Each entity can register two participants per event. 

2. How can I register for the Conference? 

Registration for the conference is done via a registration form, which we send via email to entities located in the area where the event is to be held. Interested parties can also submit a registration or inquire about details about the upcoming conference by contacting us at szkolenia@trokentech.pl .

3. Is participation in the Conference free of charge?

Participation in conferences for property managers, housing cooperatives and communities is completely free of charge. 

4. Where are the Conferences held – do you organize them in different cities?

Conferences organized by TrokenTech take place in various Polish cities and are announced at least one month in advance. These events are held in central locations, in hotels, ensuring easy access to the meeting venue for all participants.

5. Is the conference one-day or multi-day?

Conferences organized by TrokenTech are one-day events and typically last up to four hours. Coffee breaks are provided between thematic sessions, allowing for a moment of relaxation and facilitating networking among participants.

6. What is the Conference program like?

The conference consists of two thematic blocks: the first focuses on waterproofing roofs, balconies, and terraces, and the second on flooring and wall systems. Both blocks discuss the most common challenges and proposed solutions related to each of these areas.

7. Are the number of places limited? 

Yes, conference space is limited and acceptance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, we recommend registering early to secure your spot at the event.

8. Can I register more than one person from my cooperative/company?

At conferences organized by TrokenTech, we allow a maximum of two people from one cooperative or company to participate.

9. Are conference materials and certificates of participation provided?

Each conference participant receives a personalized certificate confirming their participation in the event, as well as thematic materials. These packages are provided to participants free of charge.

10. Will there be an opportunity to consult with sales advisors during the conference?

During the event, our sales advisors are available to provide expert advice and answer any questions. We encourage you to exchange business cards and arrange meetings, such as site visits, to discuss the details of potential renovation projects.

11. Do you provide refreshments or catering during the event?

During the coffee break, which takes place between two thematic blocks, participants have the opportunity not only to make new contacts but also to relax with refreshments. A selection of both savory and sweet snacks is available, as well as beverages: coffee, tea, water, and juices.

12. What should I do if I cannot attend the conference despite registering in advance?

Participation in the conference is completely free, and there are no consequences for canceling. However, please notify us in advance of your cancellation so that we can offer your place to those on the waiting list.
