Paints for painting containers
Painting containers - how to choose the right paint?
If you're looking for industrial paints for painting large surfaces, you'll find the right products in this category. Painting containers and other large surfaces requires professional products that provide not only effective protection but also aesthetic appeal and long-lasting durability. We offer a selection of paints that can be used not only by hand but also by spraying – they significantly simplify work on large surfaces and streamline the process of renovating and protecting them.
What to paint the container with?
One of our suggestions is a streak- free alkyd topcoat , available in a shade from the RAL color palette. This ensures you'll find the perfect solution that meets your requirements and individual surface appearance requirements.
Container paint creates a high-gloss coating and – apart from containers – is also suitable for, among others:
- steel and metal structures,
- agricultural, mining and industrial machinery,
- metal elements of doors and frames,
- fences,
- trapezoidal sheets,
- surfaces of walls and facades in halls.
Anti-corrosion coatings for steel for high-pressure spraying
Our offer also includes an anti-corrosion primer for large surfaces . The product's special formula eliminates the risk of runoff and unsightly streaks on painted surfaces. The thixotropic properties of the container paint make application exceptionally easy and quick, especially when using a high-pressure sprayer. These products contain anti-corrosion pigments that protect against rust, and they also boast excellent adhesion to the substrate and fast drying times. This means you can complete your planned projects on time, without unnecessary delays.
The lack of streaks facilitates the use of container paint – it creates even layers over the entire surface, including around locks and on the edges.
Large-area anti-corrosion primers
We offer paints for marine, industrial, storage, moving, and transport containers. The products sold in our store meet the highest quality standards and are resistant to potentially harmful weather conditions – extreme temperatures, precipitation, and intense sunlight. This ensures that coatings created with them will last for a long time without the need for refinishing. The flexibility of our large-scale paints is also noteworthy – upon impact, they bend with the substrate, reducing the risk of chipping, cracking, and other damage. This is particularly important for containers, as their use involves constant movement, which exposes them to knocks and bruises.
Choose specialized paints for containers and large surfaces
If you're unsure whether the properties of specific products meet your project's requirements, we're happy to help and advise on the best solution. Container paints can be used to create topcoats not only on metal surfaces, but also on wood and concrete – both indoors and outdoors. Our offer is dedicated to owners of construction and transportation companies, entrepreneurs responsible for the technical condition of containers, as well as anyone planning large-scale painting projects requiring effective anti-corrosion protection.
Product offer
Alkyd primer recommended for painting large surfaces, such as containers. Does not bleed at edges. Excellent adhesion.
What does container paint provide?
keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_upContainer paints are specially formulated to prevent bleeding on edges and seams. They don't "gas out" when applied with a high-pressure spray, and the dust-dry time is long enough for the mist to melt back into the paint film. These paints are also slightly flexible, preventing chipping upon impact.
How to prepare a container for painting?
keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_upThe container can be sandblasted and then degreased before painting. After sandblasting, apply an anti-corrosion primer quickly to prevent new rust from forming. If sandblasting is not possible, you can wash the surface with high-pressure water and Emulsol RN-1 . This cleaning will remove flaking old paint and loose rust. If any corrosion or rust remains on the surface, you can protect it with a rust remover .
How to apply paint?
keyboard_arrow_down keyboard_arrow_upDue to the specific nature of the substrate—many edges, seams, etc.—the spray method is best. This ensures that every nook and cranny is thoroughly covered.
